Great on grilled corn or other veggies! Make sure to use unsalted butter so that you can decide how much salt you have in your butter. If you feel it isn’t salty enough, simply add a pinch of sea salt or kosher salt.
Ingredients:
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons lime juice, plus 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
Pinch black pepper
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a food processor until mixed. Scoop onto plastic wrap and roll into a butter log. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
