These are fantastic when served with toothpicks as an appetizer. They are also great sliced in half and put in a green salad with Balsamic Vinegar dressing! Either way they taste great and are super easy to make. Love them.
Ingredients:
1 container of small plain buffalo mozzarella balls in water, drained
1 cup of fresh basil, chopped
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
½ cup balsamic vinegar salad dressing
¼ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Cover tightly and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serve with toothpicks.
