Chocolate Ravioli

These little raviolis are made with wonton wrappers and then fried like a normal wonton. What’s great then is that the chocolate oozes out of the wonton when you bite into it!  You can use any kind of candy bar that you like. Delicious!!!

Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie

Yum! This recipe is one that I got from my dad’s collection. He generally makes it every year for either (or both) Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is a delicious pie.

¾ cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup of pure maple syrup
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup pecans
